Key Requirements: Proven management experience in a medium to large business or organisation Strong background in finance and staff supervision Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and working with multiple government agencies Advanced skills in developing budgets, business plans, and organisational policies High-level written communication skills, particularly in grant writing and reporting A solid understanding of not-for-profit and charitable organisations, including compliance with government reporting requirements .
